CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. To accommodate our clients, we offer a one-time rescheduling option provided you give us at least 3 days notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be permitted to book future appointments with us. . No Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once. . Remaining Balance: Must be paid in cash, credit card, or via Zelle. . Guest Policy: No additional guests are allowed inside, except for translators. . Arrival Time: Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time. . Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance, or your deposit will be forfeited. . Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period; arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a no call/no show status, and your deposit will be forfeited. Medical Clearance: CLIENTS WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONTRAINDICATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE: . Under 18 Years Old . Pregnant or Breastfeeding . Diseases, Infections, or Transmissible Blood Conditions . Prone to Scarring or Keloids . Skin Issues or Acne in the Treated Area . Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Conditions, or Other Medical Issues That May Affect Healing (Doctor's Note Required) . Any Other Serious Medical Conditions Must Be Approved by a Doctor with Documentation
